I was looking back at this question, and tried to figure out when I became so fascinated with feet. The closest instance would be the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's episode "The Case of the Hot Kimono". I guess you can say, the scene in which we see Don Tortelli torment April's lovely sole is when I truly became fascinated for life. Of course, it helps I live near a lake, so I could have chances to see bare feet on a daily basis.

Speaking of which, I'm a fan of both male, and female feet when it comes to animation, and art. In real life, strictly female feet, and age `8 and over.
